POKÉLAB provides a platform for users to create, share, and analyze Pokemon decks with type matchup analysis. The service includes deck building tools, tier rankings, community features, and related content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You retain ownership of content you create (decks, comments, guides). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the service. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

Pokemon and related characters are trademarks of Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, and Game Freak. This is a fan-made service for educational and entertainment purposes. All original site content, design, and code are owned by POKÉLAB.

You agree not to: - Use the service for any illegal purpose - Harass, abuse, or harm other users - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service - Use automated systems to scrape or extract data - Interfere with or disrupt the service

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
